The debut installations of The Fast Lane, a new roll-out agility track, bring measured speed training to student-athletes in time for the fall sports season.

CORNWALL, NY, UNITED STATES, October 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Thor Performance Products has partnered with the IMPACT Fitness Foundation to install portable speed and agility tracks in three Prince George’s County high schools, giving student-athletes a measured training surface in time for the fall sports season.

Potomac High School, International Largo High School and Eleanor Roosevelt High School each received Thor’s Fast Lane, a new roll-out agility track, as part of a fitness revitalization program the IMPACT Fitness Foundation is running with Prince George’s County Public Schools to make personal fitness more accessible to students. All three were installed in summer 2026 and will support hundreds of student-athletes.

“Functional fitness has changed how people train, and there has not been a true performance turf a facility can roll out, use, and roll back up when it is done,” said Harry Mandell, Executive Vice President of Thor Performance Products. “That is what we built. The markings are inlaid at the factory, so nothing has to be taped or measured, and it is made in the United States on a turf we have been field-testing for more than 20 years.”

The Fast Lane is a 5-by-30-foot roll of low-pile, infill-free agility turf with a nonskid backing. Hash marks line both sides, and numbers 1 through 10 run down the center, so a coach can call a distance and an athlete can hit the same mark every rep. It rolls out for use and rolls up for storage, and is available in green or black with white markings.
